User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

  • The client fails to provide the required information or documentation.
  • Previous Wikipedia rejections, blocks, or deletion history were hidden from us.
  • The page is affected by edits made by the client or third parties.
  • The client changes their mind after work has started.
  • The client remains inactive or unresponsive for an extended period.
  • The page is removed after a significant period without an active maintenance service.

All refund decisions will be made solely by Prime Wiki Publishers.

Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to revisions based on the selected service package.

  • Revisions must follow the original project requirements.
  • Additional revisions outside the original scope may require additional charges.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within the communicated revision period.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final delivered content becomes the client's property.
